   My name is Mark Haltzman, and for twenty-two years I was in the restaurant/hospitality industry.  I made a career change into sales in 2001, and I feel that I bring sensitivity to what chef's or food purchasers are looking for.  Quality, service, and competitive pricing are the key ingredients to a long term relationship with my customers.  I am committed to those criteria and standards.

   I have been with Sea-Lect Wholesale Seafood since 1986.  I began my seafood career working in the warehouse, doing everything from counting clams and scaling fish to making deliveries.  I am currently involved in sales and purchasing, focusing on the Supermarket industry.  With my experience at all levels of Sea-Lect, I have learned that nothing surpassess quality and service.  Satisfying our customers with only the finest seafood is my goal!

   Since 1978, I've been in this crazy business.  Over the years I have learned what it takes to rise above the average.  With experience in other areas of food service, I understand the ins & outs of figuring food costs for "Center of the Plate" items.  My HACCP training and knowledge of quality allows me to make certain my customers get the very best.

  Hi, my name is Jack Smith, I have been in the wholesale seafood business for twenty-five years.  Ten of those years have been spent right here at Sea-Lect Wholesale Seafood as our Sales Manager.  I am the buyer of exotic, seasonal, and speciality fish harvested worldwide.  I have received my HACCP certification from Rutgers of New Brunswick. I apply my expertise to upscale restaurants and gourmet retail markets.
