Irv Hurd, Vice President and 50% owner of Sea-Lect Wholesale Seafood, Inc. I am H.A.C.C.P. certified by the F.D.A., and I am an active member of our aggressive H.A.C.C.P. team. I have held, since 1981, a 100 ton masters license from the United States Coast Guard. I have been in the retail/wholesale business since 1983. Prior to that, I worked on several fishing boats in South Jersey, still fishing our shipwrecks and artificial reefs in the Atlantic Ocean.
